I’m Aggie, founder of Soul Full Meals and a Certified Yoga Teacher. My passion for cooking and experimenting with flavors started early, but it became deeply personal two years ago when my son developed a persistent skin condition. Seeking a natural way to support his healing, we turned to a balanced, wholesome diet—and it transformed not only his health but our entire family’s well-being, improving energy, focus, and vitality.


In many ancient traditions, it is believed that the mind and body are deeply interconnected—when one is out of balance, the whole system is affected. Today, scientific research continues to confirm this connection, showing that good nutrition is essential not only for physical health but also for mental well-being and cognitive function. This understanding shapes my approach to food, seeing it as nourishment that supports both body and mind.
