Do you have a local suppliers?

We take a greate care selecting our ingredients sourcing produce from a local suppliers, working together with growers and farmers to provide fresh, seasonal and organic (where possibles) vegetables and minimize carbon footprint.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Newquay and surrounding areas.

Can I place the order for tomorrow?

Everything we do is freshly made to order, so we require a minimum of 2 working days to source ingredients, prepare and deliver your meals.
​If you have chosen a 3 or 5 day Meal Plan subscription, then all orders placed before Wednesday, will be ready to start the following week.

What comes in each delivery?

We deliver freshly prepared meals each morning, so every day you will receive your meals for each day.

What do the diffrent programs offer?

Nourish -offers complete, balanced meals: lunch and dinner

Heal - offers products that support your gut health by balancing your microbiome as well as repair and strengthen the gut lining.

Cleanse- this option is a complete detox program. It offers 3-5 days of whole foods, nourishing spices, healing foods, mostly plant-based protein, and superfoods to promote self-healing.

Who is the Cleanse for?

Can I try it before I commit to something longer-term?
